4. Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

goldsbet reserves the right to verify a member's age and identity at any time. As part of the KYC process, any one of the following documents may be requested:

• Copy of a valid passport
• Birth registration certificate
• Mobile number verification (OTP)

Withdrawal requests may be delayed until the verification process is complete. If documents are not submitted or false documents are provided, the account will be suspended.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. To withdraw the bonus amount, a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus must be completed. For example: on a ৳1,000 deposit the bonus is ৳1,200 and the balance becomes ৳2,200; to withdraw, ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000 in wagering is required.

6.2 General Bonus Terms

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions:

• A bonus offer may be used only once per member, unless the promotion's own terms state otherwise.
• Before claiming a bonus, the specified time limit and minimum deposit conditions must be met.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after wagering is complete.
• In cases of bonus abuse or fraudulent use, the bonus and any related winnings will be cancelled.
• goldsbet reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion at any time.

7. Betting Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

goldsbet reserves the right to accept, reject or cancel any bet. Bets placed at incorrect odds displayed due to a technical error will be considered void and the stake for that bet will be returned.

7.2 Odds Changes

Odds may change at any time up until a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed, those odds are final. In live betting, odds changing quickly is normal.

7.3 Cancelled or Incomplete Matches

If a match or event is cancelled before the scheduled time or does not reach the minimum specified playing time, the stake for the relevant bet is generally returned. However, different rules may apply for specific sports.

7.4 Artificial Play Prohibited

Artificially fulfilling wagering requirements by using multiple accounts or placing opposing bets to meet bonus conditions is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be permanently closed.

7.5 Maximum Win Limit

goldsbet may impose a specific limit on winnings from any single bet or total winnings in one day. Any amount above this limit will not be paid out.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

goldsbet may suspend or close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Providing false or incomplete registration information
• Abuse of bonuses or promotions
• Operating multiple accounts
• Artificial betting or attempted manipulation
• Failure to provide KYC documents
• Prolonged inactivity

8.2 Closure by Member

You may also request to close your account at any time. In this case, the account will be closed after any outstanding balance has been withdrawn. A self-exclusion option is also available in accordance with the Responsible Gaming guidelines.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

If there has been no login or transaction for 12 months or more, the account may be marked as inactive. A maintenance charge may be applied to the balance of an inactive account.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be removed and the remaining Terms will continue in full effect.
